Increased Efficiency

We are all victims of the passing of time. It’s a fact of life that as your heating and air conditioning system age, and as you use them, they start to wear down. This means that they have to work harder to heat and cool your home—which lowers their efficiency. With regular maintenance, you can slow this deterioration. Your heating and AC technician can lubricate fan bearings, replace belts and other maintenance tasks that can keep you system working as efficiently as possible.

Decreased Repair Costs

Another great benefit of regular maintenance is that it can actually decrease repair costs. The old adage is that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. This is the idea behind maintenance services. As your heating and air conditioning technician inspects your system, they can catch small issues before they turn into expensive, catastrophic repairs. Over time, this can keep you from having to spend money on huge repairs that could have been prevented by regular maintenance.

Extended Life

Regular service on your heating and air conditioning system can potentially extend the life of your equipment. By detecting small repairs early, your technician can fix them before they cause your system to break down permanently.

At RockRuth Heating & Air, we pride ourselves on offering high quality, reliable and affordable maintenance plans for your air conditioning and heating system.
